[MOD RELATED] Can't access world map (White Screen)

No matter what I do; create a new save and want to move the family to Copperdale, move in a family from the gallery, travel with any sims through the phone, I cannot access Copperdale. The only thing...

I paid for the new pack growing together. I got everything it comes with, but when I try to go to the new world it comes with it won't load. I can go to any of the other worlds I own but this one. How can I fix this?

@Laura150718 If you're using tool, please update the mod. Could be other mods causing this too.
