The only option that has worked with the Crystal Creations pack is the one to Design Random Jewelry. I have gone as far as to uninstall the game, reinstall it, and repair it. All with CC off. The game doesn't respond to the option to create gemstones nor design jewelry. I have no idea what else to do to try to fix it. [edited topic title to help people find this topic in search]

I tried the new pack and tried to use the gemology table and it won’t let me cut any gemstones or design any jewelry. All that pops up is “ supports all curved walls”. It will only let me make random jewelry.

@OtterHerderI have the same problem although I was assuming it must be because of a CC or Mod. However I noticed you had no CC installed. Clicking on the Cut Gemstone and Design Jewelry shows the message "Cut Gemstone… Supports All Curved Walls and Design Jewelry… Supports All Curved Walls". What on this planet is that supposed to mean? I’m about done with this game because I was really looking forward to playing through this pack in its entirety but now it looks like I’ve just wasted more money on another failure from The Sims 4. This is absolutely ludicrous. Only the "Design Random Jewelry (§300)" works in my case.
We need answers ASAP!!

I have managed to make a couple of bracelets and a ring, but it seems that randomly it won't work. I think leaving that world and going to another, then coming back, may reset it but that doesn't always work. I removed all my mods and got the exact same thing as I did with mods installed. Also very disappointed, I make beaded jewelry IRL and was really looking forward to this one.

Same here! anytime I choose "cut gemstone" or "design jewellery" it comes up with a little dialogue box saying "cut gemstone/design jewellery supports all curved walls" and when I click "ok" it does nothing. All I can do is design random jewellery.

The TOOL mod caused this for me, it worked fine once I took it out.

For me the problem was king zaces 15 clubs per sim.

So I was super excited when I saw the Crystal creations pack and couldn’t wait to download it…however I quickly realized that something wasn’t right. Anytime I to cut gem stone or design jewelry it gives this pop up that says “supports all curved walls” I click on and nothing happens. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know how to fix?
