Yeah I'm having the same problem.
I've taken DOZENS of pictures, both through the phone menu, the sim menu, and clicking on the floor in the room, and to objective won't check off.
I took maybe 15 'before' photos, and the list said 1/3, and then I took about 20 more, and nothing.
I took probably 30 'after' photos, and the list still says 0/3.
This is INCREDIBLY frustrating, cause I LOVE this career concept, but if this bug doesn't get fixed, it's utterly unplayable since you can't call the client back till the photos are taken.
