I don't think it's a faulty mod, the game does it for me even with an empty MODS folder and when reinstalling I returned only the Tray folder and it does it again for me it's a bug in the head (EA)
I did some testing with different combinations and it turned out that deleting the Saves folder from the game helps - the update probably messed up a save and for some reason it caused the world to load incorrectly in all other saves and in new ones if there was a damaged save in the folder... I don't understand , but it works for me, all the mods are fixed, the game runs, but unfortunately I had to start over
