I've had the same issue since, like, the week after I bought it. I tried starting a case in the Help Center twice; both were automatically marked as "Resolved." I think they EA just doesn't want to admit that they have no fix. Very disappointing.

The same happened to me and seems to be happening to everyone. I got the pack like 3 days ago and I have tried basically everything. Even when I took all mods and CC out of my game. That world would not open. So, I do my last resort which was start a new save. I put all my mods and cc in a back up folder and instead of putting them back. I went and got all the updated mods first and added them little by little to the game. Then I took all my old cc from my saved folder and added it little by little. Everything has been working but only under the saved game. Not my old saves. I’m unsure why this I happening because if the world opens on a New save. It should the old saves. Especially since I updated all mods and added cc back little by little. The only thing I can think of is…what if it’s a LOT. Deleting lots. Is not something I have patience to do lol. I have just accepted that I can only access the new world in the new save that I created. Hopefully someone figures it out. So, we can play the new world from our old saves. I hate EA has not given a real fix on this.
