[MOD RELATED] infant won't eat from high chair. Acting like path is blocked

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.96.365.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them except for the first fit kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into the game. Place infant in high chair. Infant will be placed in high chair. But, the interaction is cancelled out to try new food. The sim gets a thought bubble that says something is blocking them. Nothing is. Tried moving high chair. That didn't work.
What happens when the bug occurs? Infant can't try new foods, but can be placed in high chair.
What do you expect to see? Infant should be able to try new foods.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Infant patch/Growing Together EP.

Sims can't let infants try new foods. The sit up milestone is completed. Sim can put infant in high chair but not feed them. Interaction gets cancelled plus the thought cloud of path blocked comes up. Tried moving the high chair, but did not fix issues. Removed my mods/cc but the issue persists.
