This is an issue caused by the UI Cheats mod. For future reference, on the day of an update you should not re-enable mods unless you know that they are compatible with the latest update. This should prevent problems like this in the future.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Entering build mode
What happens when the bug occurs? When I enter the build mode, I can't do anything as UI dissapears. All I can do is leave the game. I checked if my UI is hidden or anything but it is not changed in any way. All was good yesterday. Also, weird values in build mode when you look at lot value and lot size (it says 99x99 or so)
What do you expect to see? I can enter build mode normally and can see whole UI and do SOMETHING
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. After the last patch my game is broken.
Tried to repair the game, it is not working. This is the screenshot of the game, how it looks in build mode. So, no items at all and no Manage world options. Live mode is always greenish like you clicked on it and it got blocked (lag)
