This is an issue caused by the UI Cheats mod. For future reference, on the day of an update you should not re-enable mods unless you know that they are compatible with the latest update. This should prevent problems like this in the future.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Ever since I bought City living, It updated. After that everything broke.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to build anything. When looking into the MC log (When using mods to find this out) It has this information: [Mar-04-2020 19:01:46]Initializing MC Command Center version: 7.0.0... [Mar-04-2020 19:07:05]* Created homeless household, Seddiki, containing 1 sim(s) for: filter_StallVendor [Mar-04-2020 19:07:24]Initializing Zone Data... My household is in a apartment and not Homeless. It's a 6 sim household too. And the save file is named Mulo. Not Seddiki.
What do you expect to see? When you go into build mode, The GUI breaks. Nothing appears for build and you can only move stuff around. Even when you go BACK to the main menu you can't see it anymore. You just see your sims still in the house.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. Ever since the update happened, Everything compleatly broke. Even with mods removed, The game doesn't play properly.

Looks like an issue with the UI CHeat extension mod. Are you normally using that ?
When you removed your mods, did you also delete your localthumbcache file ? How did you remove them ? Move the mods folder to the desktop or turn mods off ?
