[MOD RELATED] Missing Buy/Build

@SpellCzechMeIf something doesn't work in game after an update and you use mods and CC you need to make sure they are updated as well. Remove all your mods and CC, delete localthumbcache.package in The Sims 4 folder and try again. Especially look for updates to UI mods, and the UI Cheat mods.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bug is in my save files. I have tried repairing my game several times but doesn't work.
What happens when the bug occurs? When entering build mode, the build bar does not show and I cannot exit build mode without exiting the game. In another save, after placing a lot from the gallery, the world button disappears and nothing happens when i click anything.
What do you expect to see? Toddlers mood getting better.

Multiple bugs in my save files. Build mode doesn't work without crashing the game, placing lots from the gallery also crashes the game. Never had any problems until the latest update.

What happens when the bug occurs? build mode does not show up and then freezes my game. I cannot travel anywhere without the game freezing.
What do you expect to see? the build mode showing up and the game not freezing

My game works fine until i go onto build mode, where the game freezes and nothing shows up. I have to close down the game completely. This bug is really annoying because i like to build. Please fix this!!! Thank you

@georginaekn02: Try testing without mods and CC (move them to another place on your computer, delete localthumbcache.package from the Sims 4 Folder in Documents, then Repair the game in Origin; DON'T save while testing).

EDIT: Also, the Build Mode issue is caused by the UI Cheats mod (thanks, @crinrict !). Go to weerbesu's Patreon to get the latest version.

I updated his mod yesterday prior to playing my game and I was still having the build mode problem. Unless he updated his mod again today??

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a game and go into build/buy mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? When you click on the build/buy mode button, it shows the grid and lets you move furniture and delete objects but the menu at the bottom of the screen doesn't show up.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the build/buy menu.

If you have the UI Cheats Extension mod in your game then your issue is being caused by that. Simply download the updated version and you should be good to go. If you don't have that mod though then I unfortunately don't know what could be causing it.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Going into build\buy through the map or live mode
What happens when the bug occurs? The UI panels in the top right center and the bottom catalog disappear and the live mode button is frozen
What do you expect to see? All menus should be accessible and well, there.
