Ever since the new update, my Sims’ needs panel is all messed up. There is no moodlet for hunger, exhaustion, bladder, and low fun. Instead, my child sim was taken from me because her hunger bar was empty and I wasn’t aware of it. The color of the bar was even green!!

@pennipanini it's my first time using this forum so if this isn't where i'm supposed to comment i'm so sorry! but i've been having the same issue & when i checked my last exception it mentioned an old/broken mod that is using the new wants & fears code. i'll c&p so you can all read it.

Outdated Wants & Fears Error
Broken mod is using outdated whims/wants code.

A broken modification adds new or edits existing whims/wants using outdated game code.
The mod creator is required to fix this error.

You need to locate the PACKAGE file, in your The Sims 4 Mods folder, that could be causing this issue and remove it.
If this is a new issue, try removing the most recent mod you have installed.

it doesn't say which mod, so i'm going to sift through them. it should be quick since my folder has a lot of subfolders that are somewhat organized. when i find the culprit i'll reply again just in case anyone else has the mod as well.in the mean time, i hope you find your fix!

@BSETV the issue was a mod i REALLY didn't want to get rid of, but unfortunately it's the plumfruit + darkmode mod by arnie 😭. i was aware it wasn't updated and he's working on a fix, but since simstagram and the plumfruit electronics still worked i kept it in game, not knowing it would cause those issues.

if you don't have plumfruit + darkmode, here is a list of other mods that are broken and may conflict with the UI, crossed out mods are the ones that are updated. hope i helped!

  I've tried updating my mods, removing them and STILL the issue remains and it's EXTREMELY frustrating. When is this going to be looked at or be finally fixed? This topic has been around a month now and there are many people reporting the issue. The game can barely be played this way, I'm already struggling keeping one sim alive and enjoying the game at the same time.
  PLEASE FIX!!
