My Sims 4 game has stopped loading families. The neighbourhood loads, but I can't enter a household. I have already moved my mods folder onto my desktop and tried deleting the local thumb cashe.
When I hover the cursor over a household, I can't see them either, just a blue flashing box and the buffer circle.
If anyone could offer some help it would be greatly appreciated!
i have seen this one too. It only happens when one of my sims comes home from work (get an LE saying the game can't get the household funds cache) which leads me to mods that change the career salaries. If i save the game after this, the save is indeed corrupted for good and have to use a backup.
The mods i have that change salaries/payments are (Career Salary reduced by Zero🙂

I do have meaningful stories too but i did update that (and all other mods/CC) before playing the game with the November patch.
currently testing if those career mods are causing the issue.
