Mod won't show up in my game

I've even found images of what it should look like, and it fits the bill.
I thought I had said this but; I had also removed the mod from the folder it was in & placed it directly in the mods folder, the same issue still persists. I've tried absolutley everything I've found, to no avail!
I am sorry that you are having this issue :( I am just checking. Is your game uptodate with the latest game patch?
