Modifyrelationship cheat doesn’t work

When I put the modifyrelationship cheat on my game simply nothing happen. I’ve already tried everything I could find online, I’ve test the other cheats I usually use like the money one and move objects one, and they seem to be working just fine. Does anyone know what might be happening and how can I fix it?
