Modifyrelationship Cheat

Y'all I have typed every variation of this cheat code in for the past two days and it does not work anymore. Below is how I would normally type it in and it would normally work.

modifyrelationship Bella Goth Mortimer Goth 100 LTR_Friendship_Main 

What has happened to this code? I need it to work dang it lol.

    This cheat still works for me, before you use this cheat you need to have cheats on with : Testingcheats true

    Example:

    Open console -> testingcheats true -> Enter -> modifyrelationship Name1 Name2 LTR_Friendship_Main
