Does anybody know what is causing this mouth glitch to happen? I am able to go into cas and change their mouths and it goes back to regular but then it happens to other random sims again! So i was wondering if this is happening with anybody else or something! Please help

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
