How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, several packs and kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, as it has never worked for me. I just added the Growing Together Expansion.
What happens when the bug occurs? I do not have the Milestones panel anywhere. I have tried repairing the game, removing faulty and outdated mods, etc. It does not show up. I get notifications that milestones have been reached but the are not in the similogy panel.
What do you expect to see? Milestones
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
