What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Horse ranch, high school years, cottage living, snowy escape, discover university, island living, seasons, cats & dogs, city living, get together, get to work.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? downloading the new horse ranch game and trying to play it.
What happens when the bug occurs? when I try to load the new horse ranch world, I get a blank white screen. None of the map loads. I have restarted my game, pc etc and it just won't work.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the map.

I have attached a screenshot of the blank screen when I try to load into the ranch game.
It's caused usually by twistedmexi tool mod. Remove mods and try again. Issue caused by mods isn't EA responsibility.
I don't, and have never used twisted mexi's tool mod. But the underlying problem WAS a mod. It was one of littlemssam's mods.
Luckily I sort my mods folder by creator so it made it simple to pinpoint where it was coming from. However, I've got nearly all of her mods and I wasn't about to go through all 100 of them. All I know is that it is one of her mods that caused the issue and it stopped when I removed that folder
