I removed the 'all worlds are residental mods... and now I can see and use that world.. so perhaps try that? (I also repaired the game and so on before I did that.. but fairly certain it was the residental mod one that was the main issue for some reason). ... I don't know if I need to do anything more as yet (am about to play using that world atm so hopefully that was it).
