The Sims TeamI am in the same boat as you are. The home lot is unable to sustain the sims with food. I have been using the cheat tick, make happy to stop them from starving to death. Its a shame you cannot just fill the one need, hunger, and leave the rest of them alone, but you can not. Therefore their, the sims, need for sleep, fun, ect. is also filled with their hunger value. I read that it is because of bed ccs, but I have removed them all, and no help. Still the same problem, sims cannot, wil lnot eat anything they have prepared at home, whether it is on the stove, or microwaved, or delivered.
Yes, that is my next step, just one I don't look forward to doing. Thank you for replying, it is so frustrating to use cc when you know it can cause a problem, but it adds so much personal flair to your game, I couldn't, nor wouldn't want to play sims without it. I have been playing since sims 2 first came out, and don't play on stopping anytime soon. I just wished the sims games weren't so glitchy. I guess that would give us the perfect world, wouldn't it! But could you imagine if GTA, or another popular game had as many problems?
