mods aren't working!

ive tried many articles but they havent helped my issue.

I have been getting these update notifications when I first open the game and ,as a curious being, I clicked ok. It would restart my game and I would go back on. As backround information, I have the sims 4 cats and dogs mod, and when I go and make a pet, the place where the pet is supposed to be is empty. Also, when I go and put any clothes from that mod onto one of my sims, they become missing textures if that make sense. Finally, when i go to buy a house in Brindalton Bay, instead of already loaded houses, it comes up with empty plots.

Can anyone please help?

    @holaamig0s 

    Cats & Dogs are an expansion to the sims 4 not a mod.

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

    If you still have the issue rightclick the game in Origin and select Repair.
