@666_Carbide_666 There is no folder like that. That's the issue. In any of the folders I have, there are none that have a mods folder. Including in C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\.
@KitKatGaming101 Here's how to find the user folder Sims 4 is reading:

Open that file path and look for your Mods folder there.
If this doesn't help, please post the file path you see in-game.
