I have mods in my game. the folder for mods and tray are in the file location, they are not in one-drive and it is disabled, i have repaired, uninstalled and reinstalled, tried to remove mods and then put them back in. nothing is working and I've been trying to figure this out for the past 2 updates. PLEASE HELP!
Check that they are in the correct folder.

Hi @CamOstwald. The place to put your Mods isn't in Program Files. It's here:
Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mod. Move your Mods there, and the game should be able to see them, unless there are other installation issues.
You can not just create a mods folder yourself that wont work. It must be the folder the game is using. the link I posted explains how to find where that is located. The game will not create a mods folder in Program Files.
