the mods i have for gameplay aren't working-- like realistic childbirth, relationship overhaul, bd, contextual social interactions, etc. but my cas cc and build/buy cc are working fine. i haven't tried deleting and reinstalling all of them yet, and would like to avoid that if anyone has a solution??
@venus_a22Just to check the easy things first - after you reinstalled, did you make sure that not only were mods turned on but script mods were also enabled?
Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
tried this and didn't work, and i think it has to do with when i completely uninstalled/reinstalled the sims and ea app because those mods specifically stopped working after i did that
