Aliens are not working in my game/might be CC

My aliens aren't working in my game like I can't make alien at all without my game freezing. I tried all the steps from the previous forums on here about removing my CC to see what is causing it. I believe it is one of my mods or CC because when I started a fresh new mod folder, I was able to make an alien. The problem is, I have like 96 GB of CC and mods, and it's a lot to go through. I was wondering if anyone has tips to get through my mods faster to see which mod is causing the problem. I have better exceptions, but it's not showing up in there. Or if anyone knows about mods or CC that might be causing this problem recently?

    NC1819​ First, find out if Mods/CC is the problem:

    1. Rename the Mods folder (I find it helps me to keep organized if I also drag it to the desktop).
    2. Delete the file called localthumbcache.
    3. Test again in your save. (You can exit without saving.)
    4. If that doesn't work, please also test a new save, which can help you find out if it's a save-specific non-mod/CC issue.

    If renaming Mods to make the game not see them fixes your issue, see the pinned "Start Here" post. Note that it's rare for a mods folder that large not to at least have duplicate file issues.
