THank you so much for the response, the document that you shared is for finding which file is used. It doesn't explain how to do the MODS folder.
@jaid_thom The general folder that's shown by that method is where the game creates the Mods folder. Delete any folder you created yourself and use the one in that user folder. You can use How to Use Mods and CC for more info.
