Mods keep crashing my game
I removed all the mods from my game, and it works fine without them. I can go into CAS with all the mods in my game but no matter what mod or cc file I use, it keeps crashing when I get into gameplay...

@IndrianaYT When you downloaded a new mod, did you do so in macOS and then transfer the file to Windows? I'm wondering if it somehow became corrupted along the way. An easy test is to download the file in macOS, then zip it or leave it zipped before transferring it to Windows.
If that doesn't help, please move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts, or rename it, and launch the game to create a clean folder. Enable mods and custom content, quit, and repeat the above, making sure that whatever mod you use to test is compatible with the current game version (1.84).
Please also make sure you're running the current game version. In Windows, it should be exactly 1.84.171.1030.
And just in case it matters, please let me know how much RAM you've told Parallels to reserve for Windows.
@puzzlezaddict when I downloaded the new mod, I did so in windows. I tried out your suggestions and moved my entire Sims 4 folder out of documents to create a new folder and tested out a mod that way however, the game still crashes, unfortunately.
I've allocated 4CPUs and 4GB of RAM to parallels. The current game version that I'm running is 1.84.197.1030. -- not sure if that's why it's not working?

@IndrianaYT That patch level is actually correct; I just checked the latest patch notes instead of looking in-game and forgot there had been another sort-of-emergency patch with no notes (sorry).
While 4 GB RAM isn't a lot for Sims 4, particularly if you play with a number of expansion packs, it shouldn't cause the game to crash only when mods are present. Still, if you can spare another 2 GB, at least long enough to test, that's worth doing.
Do you use a third-party antivirus in either Windows or macOS? If so, try disabling it, at least long enough to test.
Another useful test would be to create a new Windows admin account and try using a newly downloaded mod in that account. You wouldn't have access to your saves or other user content while in the new account, but that could be addressed later. For the new account, it should be local, as in, don't sign into Microsoft; the username should contain only letters and/or numbers, no special characters.
On a different note, is there a reason you'd like to keep playing in Parallels? Sims 4 runs pretty well in macOS, give or take some (usually relatively minor) issues. The game does run better in Windows, but on the flip side, Parallels isn't an ideal Windows environment, for example its graphics drivers are often somewhat dated and not exactly optimized.
I'll keep trying to help as long as you want to keep troubleshooting; I'm just suggesting that the path of least resistance may be to play in macOS.
