mods not shoing up but the game can read the cc

So guys i had a problem yesterday i downloaded some mods and after that when i clicked to play with my sims the told code error 102... Then i deleted all the new mods that i just deleted and still the same message and I can't play with my households. Then I copied all the mods and put them in an empty file, away from the mods file, and I played the game. And I knew then that the problem was from the mods, and I copied all the mods in the empty file, and I put it in the mods file, and when I played the game the game was reading just the cc not the mods then I deleted all the mods and was reinstalled, and that's what happened, I can't even play now
