Mods not showing in game

The game recognise the mods are installed are on the game because it shows up in the (start up) but the mods don't work on the game at all because I don't see the game change the slightest, nothing happens even though (enable custom content mods) are ON and (script mods) are ON too. I'm not sure what's the problem. My mods are in the correct folder (Mods) so im confused to why its not operating.
