Mods not showing up after deleting sims 4 and reinstalling

@sabrinah02 Here are some things to try:

Make sure that your antivirus isn't blocking content: https://answers.ea.com/t5/PC/CURRENT-ISSUE-Anti-Virus-blocking-User-Folder-Screenshots/td-p/9572695
Make sure that you're using the right folders to put your new content back in: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
Make sure that you don't have syncing software interfering with Sims 4: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/CURRENT-ISSUE-Sims-4-saves-user-content-disappearing-PC/td-p/12475370

If these don't help, please do post back! Include whether you're on Mac or Windows, and describe how you aren't seeing mods.
