Do any of you have mods and have they crashed your game or computer. I would really like to have mods but I don't want to do something I regret

Failed to launch error
I have updated my game, the hot fix of March 18th, and my game still doesn't launch with cc installed. I still get the message "Failed to launch game" when cc is installed.
