I just experienced the same issue and it turned out to be my eye defaults. I don't know what changed between today and yesterday, but something broke them. Maybe try taking eye defaults and see if it helps?
So I managed to put all my CAS cc back in but my build and buy is what the game isn’t coping with, but I think I need to try again as I just could not be bothered to try putting it all back in and my game is now running fine, no delays with CAS cc, game seems to be running smoother since life and death EP came out which is weird!
