Moving mods from C drive to D drive

Please list the full path to the location where you want the Mods folder to be. Pleaes also list the location of your computer's Documents directory. To find it, search in Windows for Command Prompt, open it, enter this command, and post the result.
reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"
