Multiple Events with no tiles glitching

Can someone please explain what's going on? I have restarted the game and I have deleted the accountDataDB.package file. I also repaired the game and I never had this problem till the Christmas event came. If this helps I didnt finish the reaper rewards and it looks like it's still up there.
