My Gallery - Downloads On the Sims 4, EA Website

I cannot for the life of me, find the "My Downloads" folder that the site apparently sends the files I want to download. I have looked and looked but cannot find a folder marked "My Downloads".  So,...

    The files that make up the contents of your "Library" are in the folder called Tray, which is at Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray.  In-game, you'll find it in the Gallery option in the top right, on a tab called Library.
