NICOSHA02 Can you click the objects at all, or does clicking do nothing? Does it help to play in windowed mode? If you can't switch while the game is loaded, you can edit Options.ini, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, to set fullscreen to 0 (zero).
If you use mods or custom content, please remove your entire Mods folder as well, at least while testing.
