My game is unable to detect my mods after redownloading onto my SSD

My game is completely unable to detect my mods now that I've re-downloaded my game onto my SSD.

So a while ago I was able to get an SSD installed into my computer, and along with it I completely uninstalled the Sims 4 and reinstalled it onto the new drive. The game has been working nice on the new drive, but when I went to re downloaded some of my mods they are just not being detected by the game, despite being up to date and having previously worked before the move.

Just to cover what I have done:
- I have made sure that mods were enabled on the game and allowed the game to make its own mods folder.

- I have tried turning it off and on again while putting my mods folder on my desktop.

- I have repaired my files through Origin

- I have tried to make a new account on my PC that was disconnected from a Microsoft account and install a mod that way (This was a suggestion from a support agent)

- I have made sure my mods are not too many folders in and installed correctly.

I am seriously trying to avoid reinstalling the game since the process would take hours and I am genuinely unsure if that would help.

This feels like an issue with how I have my files or something since I have fiddled with all Sims specific settings.
