@slenderpalm Just to be thorough, have you confirmed that the Sims 4 folder where you've added the mods is the same one the game is reading? Please use this in-game method to find the full file path to the user folder:

Then compare it with the file path to your mods. You can right-click on a mod, or the folder it's in, and select Properties, then look for the Location in the General tab. If the file paths aren't the same, for example if one points to OneDrive, that's the issue, and you'll need to move your mods to where the game is looking for them.

It does look to be a pathing issue, do you know if there any way to change those pathways or will I just have to put my mods in my old drive?

@slenderpalm You can use a symbolic link to direct Sims 4 to the folder where you want your user data stored. Here's how:
Back up your saves and anything else you'd like to preserve, or the entire Sims 4 user folder, before starting. This process should be very safe, but it's always better to take precautions.
