So, every time I quit the sims 4 I lose my game, and it doesn't save, which is so annoying since i spend hours of working on house and building up relationships and making familts, etc etc and i can't get a refund or reboot the game. Could someone please tell me what to do.
Community ManagerHey @noxspringg can you go to Documents > Electronic Arts > Sims 4 > Saves and see if such a folder exists, if it does can you ensure that it has read and write permissions and if it is not there can you ensure that The Sims 4 folder has read and write permissions.
