my game wont launch
my game wont start i took all my moods out and it still wouldnt start the game i delidet the game and it still wouldnt start

Rename the user folder: that's the folder called Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. It's the folder Mods is inside of. You can rename it something like "THE SIMS 4 OLD FOLDER" to keep it easy for you to find.
Now try again.
