My GET TO WORK expansion pack wont work Sims 4.

I really need help. My get to work expansion pack wont work. I have tried everything but the hospital, and police station buildings wont show up so I cant do any jobs with my sims. Im scared I wasted...

I'm not getting the pop up at all. My sim just goes to work like a regular job where they disappear but don't take you with them. Even though she is a detective.

@dxfsoul Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, do a "vanilla" test to see if a mod/CC is your problem: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
