My households have disappeared from their homes and from the 'move in' menu.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure if you mean you would go into my game and find it or find the problem on your end, but it is basically in one of my saved games 'Community #1'; I have about a dozen households that I manage and have built houses for in that one specific saved file and they're all gone.
What happens when the bug occurs? Since the most recent update, I've not been playing them in live mode, but rather have been building new houses. But, when I did go to play, I noticed none of my households were located in their homes. Furthermore, they were not available to be selected to put back into their homes. It was like they just all got deleted.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to visit each of my families and play them in live mode or being able to see them when I glide over their homes. And, at least, I expect to find them in 'my households' ready to be moved into a home.
