My latest build saves to the library for more than it's worth in game.

When I save my latest build, it costs more than 19K but it only costs 17.8K in game. And that, of course, includes the lot price. I can't figure out why it's uploading for more than it costs when it's usually the other way around. It's making me crazy because I really wanted this to be a starter house (and it should be, according to the in-game numbers) but I can't get it to upload for its actual worth. Help!? I have screenshots if someone thinks they would help.
