My mods won't show up PLEASE HELP!

So recently had to reinstall windows on my pc. Opened up Sims, mods won't show up. I thought it was weird, all my mods were still in the mods folder. Even so, i thought that maybe my mods were outdated (?) so I deleted them, and reinstalled new mods. Still didn't work (custom content folder in game options menu is empty). I tried deleting the localthumbcache to no avail. I used origin to repair my game ... nothing! I've restarted my computer, the whole nine yards and nothing is working. I desperately need help or I'm seriously gonna scream! YES! MODS ARE ENABLED! NO, NONE OF MY MODS ARE BROKEN! I've provided a screenshot of my mods folder if that means anything.
