My residential world won't show up and my loading screen keeps crashing

I have already started a new save file to see if the game works, and it does. But as I slowly started adding mods into the new save, I couldn't place the new household into a lot nor enter any residential world. I came back later and was able to enter the worlds but all the lots had white squares over them with red X's on them and I couldn't place them. I've deleted all my mods that have to do with loading screens and UI's but it's still not working. All my mods are up to date as well. Can someone take a look at the exception and help?

The Exception: lastUIException

  • @kingklownie Last UI Exception files can't narrow down the cause. If you remove all mods and it works, try the 50-50 method (narrowing down mods, not building them up) to identify the culprit mods. Many mods can affect loading screens and UI without it being obvious that they do. And it's possible that the most recent version of a mod you have isn't actually compatible with the game. (Some of these are listed in Broken/Updated Mods under both "Broken Mods" and "Previously Broken".)

Thank you, I will try this and get back to you if I find the mod causing it
