My Sim can’t meet new people

Question

One of my sims can’t greet new sims, he has the option for normal interactions with sims he already has a relationship with, but whenever I click any new sim, he can’t greet them, only the vampire interactions show. I have other 6 sims in the unit and only my vampire sim is having this problem

@Aaakihiko Are you using custom content or mods in your game ? If so, have you tried removing those ?

Try removing everything and see if it then works.
