My Sim Walks Toward Command But Doesn't Do It.

I've had this problem for like three days after I updated my game. I made a new save and a new sim and then I commanded them to watch tv and they would walk towards they didn't actually do the actual command. I have made a save and exited the game, removed my mods and tried to check which one it, used the Reset (Debug) cheat, but nothing would work. Someone please help me so I can play the game with my sims actually doing the commands!!

@sims4rulez Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, do a "vanilla" test to see if a mod/CC is your problem: Move (not copy) the Mods folder to the desktop (or rename it), delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
