The same thing is happening to me after I spent a year rebuilding my game from start due to the exact same issue. I’ve had to edit every family and lot in the game because last year my gallery was corrupted due to an update and was never fixed so I started a new save from scratch. Just for it to happen again. I’m considering not playing the game anymore, which is a shame because they stole my last name for the game (highlighting how much I have loved the game since I found it as a child when my older sister showed it to me as she played the original sims game), and because there are a lot of cc creators that I love and respect that i can no longer support because the base of the entire game is broken, and because I have every pack except for some kits, which we all know costs over $1,000, and it is broken and breaks every year. I’ve moved out my cc and it’s still broken, repaired the game and it’s still broken. EA should be ashamed.
- 2 years ago@Jastherealsims Oh & I definitely won’t be getting the Sims 5 when it comes out or ever due to the issues I’ve experienced with the Sims 4.

@Jastherealsims Issues with Gallery connections usually aren't mod-related. If you're having this issue with an emptied Mod folder and localthumbcache deleted, please head here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Game-Issues/READ-FIRST-Gallery-Connection-Troubleshooting-Status-ONLINE/m-p/9514109#M1188

It’s not a technically a gallery connection issue, it’s more so the lots in my gallery are corrupted. There are a few specific lots in willow creek and they show the yellow or whatever color triangle error and when I click on it and try to play or try edit them or place a different lot from the gallery they show an 800 error and tell me to restart the game. And when I look for some of them in my gallery they’re not even there like they’ve been deleted. Again, second time this has happened to me.
