@izombiesue638 This is almost always mod-related, typically a mod that changes the user interface, for example UI Cheats or a mod by TwistedMexi. So if you have any of those, remove them and delete localthumbcache.package.
If that doesn't help, or you don't have any of these mods, move the entire Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache (again), then test.
