My sims 4 game might be broken/ reshade menu isn’t leaving

Hi! I’m having a really bad problem with my game. Recently, I’ve been downloading a bunch of mods and when I try to play the action thing on the side overlaps, the lag, and now whenever I load in a lot or just go in build mode and exit the everything disappears and I’m unable to save. I’ve tried the mod detector and deleted corrupted mods but it still doesn’t work, it make be the space or an unknown corrupted mod, what do I do? Also, Another problem I’ve been having is that I downloaded a reshade and I don’t know how to get rid of that tutorial bar. I’ve tried every button and the only thing it  works to is the print screen button. What should I do?
