My sims are not loading

When I was about to load up my sims 4, I click the world I want to live at and the house I want to live in it was not showing up so I did it again and this time it said "The game failed to load. Error Code: 123:259a6556:c89d414d. It is recommended that you relaunch the game" So I relaunch the game and it said that same thing again I don't know if its the mods I downloaded but can you please help me fix this so I can play sims again. Please thank you.

    I’m kind of having a similar issue within the last few hours. I’m unable to load the Sims as all. I’m stuck on the screen where you will load into a household. The bar will be stuck.
